You’re eligible for Tribal Lifeline if you live on Tribal lands, including any federally recognized Indian tribe’s reservation, Pueblo, or colony, including former reservations in Oklahoma, Alaska Native regions, Hawaiian Home Lands, or Indian Allotments.
You must make 135% or less than the federal poverty guideline. The poverty guidelines are shown below and differ by household size and state.
